Location of the hotel was great because it was near the beach and we enjoyed our romantic walks along the shore. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the availability of room service to have a quiet and intimate meal in our room.

The staff, although friendly, were not very attentive to our requests and needs during our stay. the hotel lacked the atmosphere and amenities that we were hoping for on our romantic escape.

Sea rock restaurant, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. There's pool. We would stay again and again if visiting Kovalam.

The AC in the rooms was not functioning properly, and we had to constantly remind the staff to turn it on. The breakfast experience was not pleasant, and the food quality did not meet expectations. Additionally, the lack of power backup was inconvenient as we had several unexpected blackouts during our stay. it was not a comfortable experience.

I especially appreciated that they were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and served with attention to detail.

All in all, everything was great and there was nothing that bothered me.
